How We Work

Xylo act as a company that fulfills and abides by the needs and aspirations of various stakeholders, the environment, and society. As a company we practice sustainable production of vital and essential tools and materials for your everyday life.

We conduct a census for our raw wood, track them by serial numbers and categorize them based on size, so each piece of wood we process is tracked and recorded. Our production methods fully comply with FSC and COC(Chain of Custody) regulations from the processing of raw materials, finishing, handling of finished goods and control of inventory.

Xylo’s thousands of employees receive routine certification training to ensure they’re always at the top of their abilities and are up to date with the latest company mechanism, from the Board of Directors to its field production staff.

 

People, Environment and Sustainability. Xylo cooperates with local farming groups for supply of its raw materials.  We also routinely support and train them sustainable farming and reforestation. Our waste management scheme is routinely verified and fully audited by Sucofindo, Indonesia’s state-owned research and audit body.
